I can add some value here I think.
We need to be mindful that there is some extra risk with the commissioning of this new production facility. My understanding is that to date they have produced their muck using beakers and exhaust hoods ie under lab conditions.
What they are attempting to do at the new facility is to produce the stuff under industrial conditions. It is not simply a matter of mutiplying everything by ten to get ten times as much muck. Scale is a challenge.
Re the Hume property, that apparently got ditched partly because the developer was not able to deliver it any time soon, and partly because the developer tried to do the typical builder's thing of adding lots of extras after Dyesol thought they had a deal (eg oh you wanted a concrete floor, not an antbed floor, well that will cost you heaps extra). They went for the shed in Queanbeyan for time and money reasons, from what I understand. It's good that they are a bunch of tightarses.
I suspect that the next production facility will be in Europe, depending on where they set up their European headquarters (Wales seems most likely but Gavin may have a hankering for somewhere in Switzerland (?)).
