KR, ANZ now seem to be complying with the substantial shareholder regs...only took them 4 years. To that end, they are obliged to make notice under reg 159.264 within 2 business days of a more than 1% change, which equates to about 1.9m shares. I think it's a fair bet that they are the seller of the past few days.
