Thanks for the suggestions and kind offer @Tony barber. I shall have a travelling companion (and driver ) so a couple of nice wineries will be on the agenda. Figured that the bushfires may have some effect on regions.

Itinerary looks something like this:-

Fly into Launceston, Cataract Gorge, Tamar Valley, Coles Bay, Freycinet National Park, Hobart, Salamanca Markets, MONA, Russell Falls, Port Arthur. Whatcha reckon @Endless?
