I would hope that in any takeover bid we would commission an experts report to give us a fair valuation of the company. I haven't fully investigated the takeover regs but I think it may be a requirement that the target holders be provided with this information and the Board does not have a discretion. Like many other holders $0.08c would be a disaster for me.
