Especially at the current sp. i guess we can be thankful that BRL didn't push the price up for their nod, nod, wink, wink mates. Actually, looking at trading over the period, they may well have suppressed the sp. Yay for Management!
This holder sell off possibly a re-balance prior to the up coming conversion, which 100% will happen at some stage before dividends.
