Assuming that they read the complaints they receive, then they would have to know what the pirates have done.
I agree that the lack of action from ASIC is very disappointing and frustrating. Surely they would have enough evidence by now to throw the pirates in the brig and appoint an administrator to clean up the mess. Also, the longer it takes for them to take action, the longer the pirates live the high life at our expense.
