I have checked it again and my sources are right. The ADR was 18.1% off at $11.20. It may be that you are talking about the Bovespa but the ADR which is its most common liquid exchange it traded within range from $11.08 to $11.81 again in USD not Brazilian peso.
bloomberg shows the same SP and the same range with some out of hours OTC prices.
