I'm comfortable that there is gas and they will flow test. When they drilled holes they did coring so they would already understand if the well was dry. They wouldn't have bothered fracking if there was no gas.
I suspect that the flow rates won't be brilliant as the 0.5 limit has constrained things however the nitrogen will clean up / generate additional flow (especially if nitrogen fracks were carried out).
This first well isn't about a world class flow rate. It is a proof of concept well to show there is gas and it can flow. The 0.5 limit will be taken into account no doubt.
If the govt can be shown the gas is there and can be extracted then the process to increase the limits can begin.
