I’m hoping that BM has an option to raise some cash without tapping the market at a discount (or even at the current price). Ideally, shares at a premium and/or cash upfront from a potential offtake partner?

I would like to think that BM is not planning to do a regular CR to market otherwise he would not have waited so long to do so?  The price decline over recent weeks is certainly due to expectations of a CR so why would you drag it out until the last moment if you were planning to raise cash on market?  The only other explanation is that he is waiting on the opportunity to release some very significant price-sensitive news that he expects will lift the SP significantly first ...
