i'll give you that one, but i guess thats where the Ted Jacobsen factor comes in, he should have the interests of both parties at the top of his priorities and if they dont choose to drill, well then perhaps they could farm in to another interested 3rd party perhaps???
as for the jack up rig, if they needed one and couldnt get one i know some people who know some people.....
