agreed on the viability. significant cost towards ocean freight is the bunker fuel. However vessels have a significant life span and to roll out change of this measure would take a tremendous amount of time and face strong opposition...imagine reducing the cost of freight massively ; and how that could actually impact the economy and the shock wave after effects towards modern day consumerism.... some interesting food for thought there..

I completely agree with the concept, and that it is inevitable.. however it reminds me of AI (artificial intelligence) which is somewhat easy to visualize it's implementation (?) yet hard to fully realize the reality ... maybe in another lifetime... fingers crossed... would've loved a robot that could argue back with people on the internet
