Well, that is reasonable and logical. You would think that's the way it would work but according to their ASX release there appears a different relationship.
The release reads: The terms of the clawback will ultimately be based on respective independant valuations immediately prior to the exercise of the clawback option.
So that suggests something other than shareprice at the time. Why would we need independant valuatiions? What is really being valued?
So much I don't understand!!!
