With so little money in the bank (as at 31 December, even less after the passing of January), no wonder the CR share price was absent.   SP will probably drop again.  So any initial CR discount would have become redundant, eroded away.   Better of letting the SP settle lower, to determine CR discount, and still oddly, provide discount to shareholders that take up the CR.
