Apart from a few skeletons coming out of the closet in the past week, Harris seems to be one of the front runners for the Dems. She's attractive, speaks quite well and appeals to a radical base. BUT surely she is not running on abolishing private health care? I'm all for giving health care to those who can't afford it but surely punishing those who can afford it would be a stupid idea. I only spoke to a mate last week who told me he had to wait for 2 years to get a knee recon here in Australia. I bet politicians, lobbyists et al would somehow get preferential treatment under her system
