This time they really done a splendid job blowing out the budget.
Over 50% compared to over 35% last Q.

This has been a continued occurrence in AVZ for a long time (and one of the others in the space).
Nobody here wanted to listen to sense for a very very long time and the current raise may not get them through more than 6 months. Huayou could buy this whole asset for similar to the price of converting there options and that's likely the best options holders could hope for now.
