'ACAD have already committed to hefty long term payments of $400+mill's
Under the current scenario should Rett's P3 fail only (say) $100m of that is at risk - many milestones and royalties would total zero. Should they succeed with a takeover then they would lose a lot more than that. It is all a matter of risk vs reward assessment.
