I think they are really sweating, they are just playing hard ball to go for settlement. I don't think they would lay down and rollover even if they had a weak case. They just keep saying, we have a strong legal case to be poker faced. Confirming the AMSLA was not a win at all the ANZ, it just confirmed it was an AMSLA.
