    The last placement for around $550k
    waa at .007c with free .001c options ( 1for 1)
    IMO 
    At around .005c ( above current price of .004c ) the same terms could see another 500m shares added to the registry and another 500m options 

    IMO 
    Anglo is sitting on sidelines while registry expands  and  significant dilution continues etc
