if the fwd earnings estimates for the stock are anywhere near correct:

it should do ok to well (imho).
they are likely to divest part of the company......as previously advised .......
how much of the fwd earnings are infra related, versus large-scale property development is where any downgrades may come from ......
very (very) roughly, I get circa 16/share in value ......the problem is that its "returns" are driven by capex cycles..
