As for the riddle. With 10 tasters, and taking alive or dead as possible outcomes, there are 2^10 = 1024 possible combinations.
So give each wine bottle a number. Turn it into a binary number. Each wine tasters gets assigned a character where 1 is drink, 0 is don't drink. So for bottle 10 (0000001010), tasters 7 and 9 drink.
And then after 3 weeks, whoever dies will spell out the wine bottle that's poisoned.
