Here's a good true story. My pop fled Poland prior to the war and settled in Australia. Gold was always important to men of that era. When he passed away he had some 10-20kg buried under the house- somewhere. My uncle was under the house for three full days with a shovel (this was 20 years ago) - creating a right mess. Never found it. The house has since been sold.
