Hi Newtoit, welcome around it looks like it's been a while. Those notes are standard notes to financial statements, not board meeting minutes. The mention of the mine just happens to need an associated note in the financial results, and doesn't necessarily have anything to do with what was discussed in the meeting. Have a look at Regulation 33 of SEBI and you will see these are standard items they are prescribed to release.Have a read and feel free to post questions, many are willing to help on this forum.... otherwise in this thread you risk looking like you are trying to stir the pot by throwing out fake news ( often happens around trading halts and expected news)
