SRO now have the code SRODC which is valid until the consolidation time lines as per your link provided lapses then the code returns to SRO.

Trading was not suspended on SRODC during the consolidation phase until the ASX requested further info on the consolidation. So it is either......

1. a balls up as the resolution wasn't passed
2. or for another reason that we will have to await and see
