He's definately right about there being no shortage of land. There are so many new subdivisions going ahead and so much land around them its crazy to say there is a land shortage. It's just been the hype the real estate agents have been using to justify prices going up and their fees with it. At the moment there is a land glut with every major developer offering about $15,000 in incentives to try and get people to buy. I hope prices do drop further - its just too expensive.
