Hi hingdog, that was an interesting question.
I was not thinking about a specific $ amount as such, more along the lines of why they haven't committed/ prioritised funds to enable the project to perform more productively and efficiently.
I realise that I'm assuming that the ( best suited for the purpose ) plant would be much more proficient than labour intensified mining, depending on the space/area available.
My reasoning was WHY they haven't utilised additional plant, as I feel this would be more beneficial in meeting the project needs specifically in saving time and money in the longer term.
I understand that investing in new plant would be cost prohibitive.
