as you say meteor you need to read between the lines, the 50tph throughput 24/7 to be achieved in febuary so that's revenue taken care of, full prospectus being worked on now and must be announced and then have probably 1 month to be on the market for the $72mil cr at min 60cpsh and have shares issued before the middle of june and all other ASX requirements done to their satisfaction before relist.
so 1 month to complete prospectus takes us to early march, 1 month on market to take acceptances so early april and then issue the shares so say start of may, that leaves only 6 weeks to d day and I don't think they will want to cut it that close, also by the end of april will need the march qtrly done.
not sure but I think a lot of financials need to be done as well for last financial year and maybe an agm ? busy times ahead and hopefully some more news will trickle a bit quicker from now on.
