CTL's is a disgrace
$921,000 in admin and corporate costs ( 6 months ONLY)...we only have 2 directors and we never get updates or even the mandatory AGM. Where is the money going
Staff Costs over $5m (6 months ONLY)...............we know Rogers takes a large salary and maybe he pays senior management large salaries as well. Of course we will never know and as they don't bother with AGM so we cannot vote against anything and shareholders do not have a say in anything that this lot do.

So if you think about it we know Rogers takes a large salary and maybe he pays other senior managers very well too.
Also who are the employees who hold the con. notes at the massive discount to the share price...maybe they are the same employees who are paid very well too
This last cash Flow statement when you think about the accruing debts just shows the true nature of this Board and what they are really up to
