I remember looking at this company a few years ago and discounting them very quickly. They appear have a product that runs a glorified spreadsheet in a application.
To my knowledge it's all retrospective - non of the predictive capabilities of EVS.
While they have 600,000 users, that's across all of their products. I'd say they've got a lot of catching up before they have something that is comparable to envirosuite... like complete rebuild from the bottom up territory given it's spreadsheet-esc, it's at its core fundamentally a very different product.
EVS have significant first mover advantage. INX would have the money and customers to retool the product offering, but it'd take them a couple of years - as it did EVS.
