Having traded this stock four times, successfully, i have looking to get back in at .004(hopeful diehard opportunist). I have done a lot of research this weekend, and i believe the post below by a well known poster, posted on the 27/11/2018 sums my thoughts up very nicely as to why i traded this stock in the past. I personally believe NVO will have a very strong run again in the very short term, and i will be keeping a very close on on NVO for an entry once again at this level. the well known posters post is as follows:-
"I think todays announcements are extremely positive, it gives a great detail of understanding as to how the product works and what they are trying to achieve, its no mystery these guys will need cash to get into full flight, but given how frugal they have been with there funds since there last raise. I think these guys will look after share holders.
Remember these facts
Last capital raise was a private placement to one of there top 3 share holders
That share holder is now the number 1 share holder of the company
They raised $1M via private placement @ 2.6 cents and they did not sell a single share
The register is tight with the top 20 holding 67 percent of the register
Based on the last raising of cashing, and the fact that they did not sell any of there shares, it would be fair to assume that the next round of funds will come from a private placement, and the stock will not hit the market, the last thing they will want is a sloppy register after keeping it so clean for so long.
Just my 2 cents worth, but i would not be surprised to see an investment from the same share holder again to lower there average price. Or potentially some kind of investment maybe from IBM if they believe in there product so much ?
