I'd guess that LDN is the sole decision maker when it comes to announcements and he probably couldn't be bothered. Too busy, dog ate his homework or some other very valid reason. There's no consistency from the board and I'd say it is a pyramid structure with all decisions made solely at the pointy end by a person with a questionable professional past.
They're completed disconnected from the secondary market and the realities of listed life.
