 Yep that's where most of the money has gone - to co founders and they and MM are now in line for another take with MM in line for a heap of free shares too. I still hope this is an Insto raising with a small SPP for retail holders but I'm not sure whether free Options can be issued in conjunction with a SPP so it might have to be an Insto placement (hopefully to MM and a few others) and a rights issue. And I also hope it's heavily oversubscribed to the tune of +$20M so as to hopefully avoid a further CR later this year. AND watch out IMO for  share consolidation in the order of 1 per 100. Share consolidations IMO are never to the benefit of the smallish retail holder. AND finally I can't see a launch of any of the Pearls until 2020. How far away is the Virgin Launcher  from a successful launch ??
