Reg tech + KLIP make this work while on the back of these reports.

Klip is likely up and running and being tailored to CBA's requirements from an internal processing point of view. Regtech will likely be an auditing software bolt-on to KLIP and Lilly which was probably flagged by CBA as being a weakness of Klip; i.e what's the point in practice oversight and management if you do not know if the practice is compliant? 

Probably going to run out of cash by June or Sep at the latest; however I doubt they'd risk burning Euroz. Only the LT holders.
