phase 2 -  Shareman (sic) Tony and Sprukerman KA. God Squad.  Rate 4/10.
Allowing for failure moderation, given that anyone can fail, some would suggest this professional team were shown to be as brilliant at failing as Mr Shareman (sic) said they were - highly qualified as board members.  Super team aimed at bringing value to shareholders?  Joke of the year folks?

phase 3 -  Bring on the real world.  Oh, but what of the God squad?  Failure personified, Numpty Central, newfound ways to collapse a business with impunity?  

phase 4 -  Let the record show?  There was a very piss-weak phlegmatic uttering from the board how they regretted their ineptitude and failure.
