These are the kinds of poor holders I feel for. Sure you might get an ex-driector or ECT Rep on the forum telling these poor fellows sweet nothings but with the incredible cash annihilation and the constant tapping on the hands from the punters of Punt road it's enough to ruin a person. 

Maybe the punters need to get some honest cash out of their operation instead of kicking these people when they're down. These people in the ELF are already being smashed with around 11% interest and then there's a 2% fee on top of that. What's more I've seen some like OM and Chin doing a lot of dot joining on this stinker, but it's only drawn a big middle finger to all decent holders over these five long years.

What were the option strike prices? 

On the funding side if they get their 3.5 million + operating costs to fund the project out of the ELF scheme then what? I thought the whole point of the ELF was to pay the tremendous costs this operation constantly racks up. A few people in the past have labelled this deal a "free ride" or said something along the lines that this company "gets a 30 million plant for nothing".

There's no free ride with the Indians, they're ruthless deal makers and want everything for nothing. You have to take your hats off to the Indians because, when up against the hapless lot at the helm, the Indians have thoroughly outplayed, outmanoeuvred and out-thought management, extremely easily I might add.
