Commsec share quality analysis shows that 2 out of 6 participating brokers still rate FMG a "buy" so at least some brokers ( maybe not what you mean by professional rating agencies tho? ) think it has higher than current value. This data is shown as updated today.
However, having said that my opinion is that most of these broker ratings are worthless and merely pushing vested interests. Maybe I'm too cynical? DYOR.
