Problem is it has been a steady decline for 8 months now since the spin off was proposed. There are no buyers interested now and sellers are having a field day of the delays and lack of news flow. Hope management aren't dropping the ball again, there does seem to be huge inactivity happening now. People are now deeply in the red with this stock.
