@garrye, couldn’t agree more. Respected sergeants point of view and observations, but missed his disclosure. youre correct, when you are not even in the swamp, it’s easy to talk about alligators ! I can remember as a kid going on holidays, over the mountains. We we always taught to make sure we had an exit strategy if for some reason the brakes failed ! i agree, presumably we thought that our exposure to the downside would have been minimised by having a professional manager and a portfolio of stocks, rather than one parcel. what do they say ? When the tide goes out, you find out whose been swimming naked ? i have absolutely NO interest in seeing Karl’s bum......... but it’s there for all to see !!!!!,
