    G'day All'
    Is it required by the ASX that when a company has one of it's Controlled entities that is Deregistered say in the case of CGB it's Entity "Medical Cannabis Information Service Pty Ltd"  Deregistered by ASIC that it should notify Shareholders of this fact?
