Sorry, but I am not a builder and therefore I have no idea how much it currently costs to supply brick laying labour services to complete the interior and exterior walls of the average 3 bedroom house.
So I am asking builders how much the labour services for that work would cost. If a builder on this forum can provide that answer then we can work out an estimate for how much revenue FBR will get from the JV per house that is built. That answer will also be visible to all HC forum readers and therefore accepted (or challenged) more readily than if I came on here and said my building mate sit it would be $X.
Are there no builders on this forum that have paid for brick laying services for an average 3 bedroom brick house with brick interior and exterior walls?
