If i remember correctly, the DFS is required for the mgmt to get the 10mil performance rights...  It's no wonder they are wanting to get to this ASAP. 

It's also pretty disrespectful to shareholders to say that they asked for this raising. I'm sure everyone would prefer an offtake arrangement instead.. 

Great resource but will only buy back in once mgmt have a long hard look at themselves. I think Klaus may have fostered an attitude while he was there to always make sure mgmt are looked after before shareholders etc.
