That will all come out in the wash once build 1 occurs. Once its proven outdoors and we have a HX here ticking over with those builds, KSA will undoubtable go binding for the 20,000 homes (or more). That will include a down payment and we will send the 2nd HX there to start building. Depending on the size of the down payment, we will be able to fund another HX without a capital raise. This excludes any behind the scenes licensing deals that may come up with DST. The same principle would be for Mexico, we would be asking for a down payment so we can justify building another HX.
