They are raising money at the bottom of the lithium price cycle...so they are being stretched...they dont want to dilute too much knowing their price will be a lot higher down the track but they need to accomplish their goals...ie the sp down the track is potentially so big they cannot put their plans on hold until the bearish tone of the market improves.
