The sell side got stacked very quickly today at 12:32pm 11c buyers were taken out.

This seems like intimidation I would guess that a group of investors could get their interests together and make the market for a stock like APG.

This will force accumulation at the price they control as recent nervous purchasers will exit on a 10-20% loss.

They can then repeat this process as long as they want.

The only risk is if APG were to make an announcement they would have to strip the sell side as fast as possible. I would assume the people that are capable of doing this are always ready to take out their sell orders rapidly.
