yes I agree........all in all the pro's and con's being in partnership with Talleys is a good thing....so far.
But BRL have not ask to please share the infrastructure with us yet for BRL's sole benefit.....aye
As for any future changes to the permit, I am not sure but do know there was also an access agreement with DOC till 2022 which has some very specific arrangements....here's the link
No doubt BRL can try and renegotiate both the access agreement and permit.....how far they get with the current governments anti mining stance is any ones guess
