RCA where A means Agrement. And that was being locked in with the singing. Before the singing the singing had to be aproved by NMDC.
So NMDC were always sceduled to look over the terms before aproving them for singing.
So that tells me that ECT new that nothing was locked in and terms could change so it waas still only a Draft Agrement. This new requiment is proof of that.
And that tells me ECT are confused or trying to make out to share holders that progress is further than it rely was. Do you get my jist?
