I think I can now follow your theory on the other post re TH terms (in quarterly ann thread) and why you got your broker to interpret the wording.

"We waited on the one "advised to us" not "Proposed". Proposed means big enough to need approval. Try to imagine timeline: At the time of requesting TH, Ross wants to avoid trading while the market is not fully informed. If he knew about the delay than, he would just had advised the market. So there was some information, he new it was coming but he did know the content. And it did come back very fast, not in 2 days of maybe extension would be required if the approval was to come from S32. But the request for more time came instead. This is my deductive analysis. Figure out the rest of it yourself."

I hope your reading of the tea leaves is right because if S32s 'intense interest' (Ross' terms) is a potential buy out of Riqueza as you suggest... then thank God AA has 53% with doc @ the table as we speak!
