I think that is a very salient point that you have made @Pinnacle.

Now ... let's see if we can take up the point of your post and sort some fact from fiction. 

You wrote, as a part of your post clearly attributing those words to someone else, (hence the quotation marks), "I feel so sorry for shareholders who can't pull out of the CR"

Can I ask who posted those precise words that you have placed into quotation marks? Perhaps you might provide a link to the post that makes that statement supports your attribution.

If not, then your post can be quite clearly classified as a fiction - indeed the very thing about about which you fault with and or complaint - yes?
