At no point was ECT required to have the bond in place prior to the signing of the RCA.
Yet they now require it to be paid before they will sing? So you are wrong arent you? You make it seem like you have the facts.
Are you a company rep? Maybe the company was incompatant about this. Maybe they did have to have the bond in place. NMDC seems to think they do and wont sing until they coff it up.
See how you make things up pretending that the company has said it?
