re: phosphate plays I think Brumby is misquoting.
The Fertecon notes I have from last Monday's conference call have directly:
"From 2011/12 when new capacity comes onstream in Saudi Arabia, prices should ease – how far is difficult to say – but supply management could moderate the fall"
