The problem with this , and I have seen it on several other holdings in the past , is now it's below the 5pct there is no announcements so, every time there is a decent size on the offer , the rumors of its Cap group exiting put extra pressure on the share price
(note I am not a current holder but will look to buy back in around the 30c or below level)
